When remote working was forced upon businesses at the start of the decade, Microsoft Teams provided the ability to stay connected and carry on as usual. You can now move your whole telephone system over to Teams for an even greater level of connectivity and bring together not only your colleagues, but customers, clients and the rest of the outside world.

Microsoft Teams Phone allows you to call anyone no matter where they are, whether on landline or Wi-Fi, mobile or laptop, from anywhere. It’s simple to set up as there’s no need to change office phone numbers or tear up the office, so you can avoid any unnecessary disruption. Existing telecoms infrastructure will be re-utilised for a seamless and easy-to-use system with Teams, which will no doubt already be familiar to so many in your business.

Everything within Teams Phone feels just like you’d expect it to – use the dial pad on your iPhone as usual or make one-on-one group calls, redirect calls to another number and never miss a call or set up a call group so whole teams can join in an instant.

Feature rich, with everything you’d expect from a phone

With Teams Phone, you’ll be able assign your colleagues their own phone numbers, set up call menus to direct callers to the right department, set up audio conferencing, create freephone numbers, identify and decline likely spam calls while allowing legitimate calls through and can consult with a colleague before transferring calls to them. These features, and more, provide a truly comprehensive and intuitive telephone and communication experience for your whole organisation.

Teams Phone provides a cloud-based phone system in Teams with features such as hold, blind and safe transfers, and reporting features for professionals who manage calling solutions. You can access, listen to, and review your voicemails using playback controls, voicemail summary, and transcripts. Calls on hold can be retrieved with a unique code, using a supported app or device, which allows anyone to pick up the call from any location.

You get 1200 minutes per month per user which are aggregated across all users within the company. However, if more minutes are needed then just let us know and we’ll add more. A bolt-on package can be included to provide world-wide calls for even greater reach for your business giving an extra 600 minutes per user per month to use for Internation calls.
